A continuous pattern just going around and around/

/with the true and better version of self

Seeming utterly lost and nowhere to be found/

/a deep drowning mind in mental quick sand 

And not allowing the release of real answers/

/vaguely living with this bad habit and calling 

This normal as unresolved standards spin and twirl

/by way of ruminating cycles all over again 

For how many are stuck in their life/

/and living too much inside of their own

Head ruminating upon things and stuck on repeat/

/focusing much more on the problems instead of

The real solutions to them and moving forward/

/on this here for even in their eyes

One could see all of the turmoil that/

/lies within just ruminating from beginning to end
