Shining ever so bright

As I have the absolute privilege

And constant joy

Of basking and bathing in its rays 

Each day I awakened

To a feast for the eyes

And adore drowning in the sunrise

As I cannot wait 

And further anticipate

This natural wonder here

Watching as it feeds my skin

And felt nicely within

Turning a shade darker 

From being sundrenched

Externally along with the after effects

Of feeling healthy 

As I have a bit of sun

Sewn right into me

And being a part of

A grateful experience shared

And beyond compare

That never fades and surrounds the shade

Warmth that graciously invades and concaves 

Itself all around me

With no way to be outdone

For oh how it feels, to be present and alive

In the fullness of warmth from the sun
