Walking About Part 3

August 20th, 2026

The distant path is calling me

As I walk about with more to see

With the weight and steps of my feet

Moving along so graciously

As I move and self soothe

With a calm and focused mood

For each one of my steps

Tell a unique story

Having so much left

Yet turning right to another opening

Down another road untraveled by me

Temperature rising as I await anxiously

To what else lies ahead

That of the unknown but is always ready for me

Or so it seems

As I move up and down these said streets

Partly tired but yet so freely

Partly cloudy as it hovers over me

Walking along more and more

To places with endless and cracked opened doors

The Storm Within

August 20th, 2026

A Stair Poem*

Dark and gray

And to what may

As a storm is dwelling

Deep inside and knowing

The answers as to why as I

Plunge into myself even more

To ascertain that which may or may

Not remain and look to refrain and rearrange

Different factors within and standing here with my

Eyes closed and in a very still pose and with a heart

That at times feels froze and all the things that most will

Never come to know but the day will come and be on full display

When the internal breaches and reaches the outside and conveys the

Real storm inside that aimed to rise and compiled all of the things of life

Showing force hovering above that all begin from a very strong storm within

Walking About Part 2

August 19th, 2026

With my wits about me

Standing there in this moment

But where no one can see

The person that is me

Rooted as a tree inside

But a mysterious outside

Hiding away new growth

But appearing ever presently

The deepening of the externally

With both poise and curiosity

As the path walked reflects upon my eyes

And to the next one to no surprise

The journey along is quite interesting

As the next place abides secretly

But I’m headed there nonetheless

As I must keep going with every single breath

For in my mind

I have walked more than a million times

At moments restless and undefined

But walking on by

As I cross many borders and lines

And doing so with a slight smile

Open hands turned upwards

And feeling the air between each finger

As my walk about lingers

As the further road that lies before me

Acting as the silent singer of my own song

Yet enthralled in scattered harmony

Walking About Part 1

August 18th, 2026

Within my mind

And one that tends to unwind

When walking about

This area of mine

Thoughts galore and running constantly

Both in the forefront and background

Though inside they make no sound

As I stand and stare upon the ground

With the steady movement of my feet

And taking in the sunlight and gentle breeze

Being such a delightful treat

As I feel myself softly fall as a leaf

Lying down and looking up at the sky

But ready to get up and walk on by

At a pace with a mission painted on my face

That could be seen for miles around

But what I have found

During this walk here

Was a moment to just breathe and disappear

Into a place that only knows my footprints

And welcomes me back every single time

As I move about a single path and pattern

As a zig zag line but I just don’t care

For this is where I walk

Yet also stop and stare

A storied but personal affair

The Brewing Storm

August 14th, 2026

The external nature

Of the environment around me

Brewing above and with a

Rolling storm on the way

For what I observed

Has become more than just this

As my eyes are closed

Quite composed but also

Clenching both fists

For I feel that I’m

Right in the center of all this

A tryst meeting here in the midst

With mighty winds surging and pouring

Rain down upon the ground

All around

But then suddenly,

I opened my eyes and then realized

That it was all a dream

Or so it seems….

And becoming vaguely aware

Right then and there

For this very storm

Was not the norm

Because this brewing storm

Was occurring completely unabated

And uninterrupted

From everything over time

Fully surprised and as I arrived

At the full conclusion

That this brewing storm

Was actually happening internally

And was truly all about

The life of me

The Speaking and Showing of Truth….Post 5

Ye shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free…. John 8:32

The movie , A Few Good Men stated “I want the truth, you can’t handle the truth”. But what is truth exactly? It seems to mean different things to different people, when in all actuality it should be seen one way and one way only, as what it is and has always been. Persecuted for the truth, I mean literally lives lost just for having done so. And why is this exactly? Conspiracy theories and secrets coming out from the shadows of both hidden and displayed agendas? Most people unfortunately seem to believe a lie faster than truth. Yes the truth may piss you off, yes it may bite, but I’d rather have this anytime before being lied to or deceived.

Do you know the way you can tell something is true especially when put out into the world? Is the immediate dismissal of it right afterwards, without even taking time to actually look into it first. A person ridiculed, facts dismissed or evidence erased, a life even taken because they said or showed something, this is how you know it was the truth. Not one person should ever lose their life just for speaking the truth. Or for building something for the good of all mankind, just to be disappeared afterwards.

Truth means conformity to fact, reality, or actuality. It describes statements, beliefs, or ideas that correctly reflect the real world, free from falsehood or error. (Wikipedia)

I couldn’t agree more, now what each one of us chooses to do with the truth once discovered, is entirely up to us both individually and collectively. Now I could go on and on about this particular subject, but there is no need for that. Say or think what you will, but the truth will forever outlast any lie or falsehood. There is always freedom in truth, but before that can happen there has to be real acceptance of it first.

A Light That Never Goes Out

Poetry for me

And poetry to me

Without a shadow of doubt

Is a light that never goes out

Poetry has been a bright light

That has shined through

Again and again

Since its initial introduction

To my life

From the very beginning

But with no end

Poetry has been like sunlight

That always shines

And something special that I’ve always

Been able to call mine

Poetry has been a full row of

Self illuminating light bulbs

With no off switch anywhere

As I’ve always been fully aware

Of not only its presence

But also its impactful and artistic nature

Poetry has been energy that never leaves

And constantly radiates and permeates

With a poetic glow

Poetry has been with me

Sparking itself this entire time

And being ever so sublime

Even with or without any rhymes

Penned or typed

Written or spoken

As I’ve always embraced a more

Visual aspect and portrayal of poetry

But never a betrayal of the art itself

For poetry to me and my life

Has been unlike anything else

Both describable and indescribable

Simultaneously

Felt and thought

Seen and sought

Afterwards on the regular

And the very basis of much poetic power

That I chose to endure

And accepted all challenges that came with it

As I feel exceptionally compelled

To engage it at every literary angle

With ferocity

Intensity and a certain specificity

That has encompassed me

Both inside and out

So as anyone would be able to see

And through more than just the eyes

As I have come to truly realize

All while keeping my eyes on the prize

And steady catapult and rise

Beyond everything I think and thought

Is poetically possible

Without any fear or fright

Day or night

Always on the mind

And consistently a target in sight

Came into this gradually

But now rolling fully with this

And it’s been more than alright

For I have established much

Poetic love and clout

And poetry for me

Both lyrically and artistically

Has been what its all about

A constant and penetrating light

Even in the darkness

With much more but nothing less

Never quiet but always shouts

An endless supply that never runs out

So poetry to me

And the art of poetry for me

Without a shadow of doubt

Is a light that never goes out

More Than What Appears

For what you may see here

Is a lot more than what appears

A poet on the rise

And have done so for many years

For at my core

I am more

And even beyond what I

May truly realize

But poetry for me

Has been the place to be

And see a part of me

That I’m still experiencing

To feel openly and poetically

So deeply and artistically

And creatively expressing

Yet exploring further areas that are within me

A me that even I

Am still uncovering

Even in moments of doubt

With unrealized abilities and fear

For what I have right here

Is so much more than what appears

Beyond Measure

August 2nd, 2026

At my core

I am more,

and despite all of the,

ups and downs,

smiles and frowns,

for what may abound,

and turneth life around,

with absolute and personal

satisfaction and pleasure,

so I in turn,

can go beyond measure—

I am

the storm walking up to a storm,

yet I’m the bigger event,

for I refuse to relent,

to anything that attempts,

to hold me back,

to hold me at bay,

that seeks to,

push me in the wrong direction,

think or act in the wrong way,

for within cannot be measured,

and the only limitations placed,

are the ones I enact upon myself,

for I am wonderfully; and uniquely made,

filled with purpose—

and knowing that I; was created for a reason,

and to not change constantly; with the seasons,

the self actualization—

and inner realization—

that not only do I matter,

and not a speck of nothing,

or some insignificance in the universe,

but rather believing that at my core,

that I was built to last,

and to become even more,

for the rabbit hole has no bottom,

and neither are; the depths of me,

that seek and can greatly reach,

well past what I thought to be,

the best version of me,

for in the eyes of the Creator,

I am an entity of infinity,

a soul molded and shaped,

out of eternity,

transformed into a human being,

but not weakened by this,

just another pure element of existence,

waiting to be further understood,

and to see myself and my life,

as very valuable treasure—

for what I truly am,

Is powerful beyond measure.
